Do you like the idea of running, but struggle with the actual running?
Does it feel daunting (or maybe just boring) to simply head out and start running?
Then this program is for you!
All levels are welcome.
Workouts are effort-based and accessible to brand new runners, former runners, and current runners alike. We will be running the local neighbourhood roads so you won’t get lost, won’t get left behind and won’t be held back either.
The main goal for these 6 weeks is to help participants incorporate running into their lives in an enjoyable, effective and efficient way.

WHEN: July 25 - August 31, 2022 every Monday & Wednesday morning, 7AM
WHERE: Meet at CoreSport Studio 346 Main Street, Downtown Plymouth Michigan (we will run OUTSIDE)
PRICE: $150/ full program of 12 in-person workouts
(If you can’t attend a meeting(s) you will receive an email with the specific workout details and instructions from that day. You won’t miss out! Complete the workout on your own or on a later date. )
Drop-Ins: $15/workout (must sign up via CoreSport)
