Day 17: Knee Hug

What this exercise is for:

  • Hamstring & hip flexor stretch

How to do it:

  • Standing on your left leg, lift your right knee up and pull your leg in toward your chest.

  • Lower your right leg then switch sides.

  • Do 5-10 knee hugs on each side.
